Usually, I’ll eat just about anything—especially when I’m hungry. But not today. The chicken sample they gave could’ve used more flavor, so I decided to try the gyro instead. Unfortunately, it was a bit too greasy for my taste. I think customer service should focus more on flavor, even in a busy mall setting. Overall, it was okay, but I’ll probably pass next time. Eating in the food court and ordered two sandwiches — pyramid club one with rice the other with fries. Everything was fresh along with two sodas with free refills. The meal was very tasty. Nice temperature for the food served. Service was wonderful…no waiting even gave us samples before we ordered. A very pleasant experience.

I ate here for the first time today,I got both of their salad options mixed and it was PHENOMENAL!! Best salad I've ever had in my life!!! It was genuinely life changing. They also have really yummy ranch dressing!
The place is called Pyramids But I'm sure that in Egypt they don't charge extra for hummus, nor in any other Arab country. Only in the US they can rudely exploit the customers In pursuit of greed. Disgusting

I had not had a bakauva in years. Pyramid was next to awlful Popeyes in Opry Mills Mall. It was just like I remembered flaky, sweet, nutty and easy to bite or cut. This was well worth the year or so wait. The price was $ 2.27, not bad at all.

This place is worth going to Opry Mills for. They need a stand-alone store. They used to be in other malls, but the malls have closed. Hopefully, the mall stays open, so Pyramids will stay open!
