Well the food was good and the staff nice and friendly. However, I ordered online and was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there, waited in my car until my given time and went in. It wasn't ready. Typically no big deal. Well I watched some people come in order at the counter and then get their food. I still hadn't gotten mine. I waited nearly 30 minutes past my given time to get my food. They did give me a BOGO coupon for my time. That helped a little...
Service was slow. (we mobile ordered) The app estimated that our order would be ready at 6:38 but they finally made it at 6:45 - 6:50. The burrito was cold, but all toppings (queso, guac, etc) are free so there was some good value. I found that the burrito was hard to bite through and I couldn't really taste the toppings that i chose. The burrito was a decent size but was a little smaller than chipotle. Food is good quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only giving 4 stars because the chips we got with our queso were inedible due to having SO MUCH SALT on them. They probably had 8 times as much salt as a normal bag of chips should have on them :( I love salt as much as the next person but this was extreme!
