Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This was my first time here and there was a hair in my food. And they didn't give me a receipt so I can't ask for my money back.

The chicken fingers are excellent. The crinkle fries are frozen and not particularly tasty. It's okay for a quick fast food meal.

The chicken was fresh and the bread was so good never tried canes before and I brought my mom after an appointment and it just made her feel so good especially cuz the crust wasn't too crunchy for her mouth

The food and service is great. The music is way too loud

I really like their food. My favorite part is the toast because I really love bread. I have never had a bad experience at Raising Cane’s plus their service is really quick.

Went through the drive-thru on 5/28. The gentleman in the fist window let go of my debit card before I could even get it back and it fell. The gentleman in the 2nd window didn’t know what my order was, cursed, and forgot my drink. After the fact, he threw a straw at me. Very poor service. Won’t ever be coming back.

I visited Raising Cane’s on May 27 around 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, part of my order was undercooked. Not all 4 chicken tenders were raw, but there were definitely some undercooked parts inside, which was disappointing and concerning. Also, the Cane’s sauce tasted much saltier than usual that night.

The staff was friendly, and I usually enjoy the food there, so I wanted to leave a fair review instead of exaggerating the issue. I hope they pay closer attention to food quality and consistency, especially late at night.

Messed up order did not give me all I payed for . Tried 5 times to call store with no answer , bad management.

Went through the drive through line and as the guy is about to hand me my food he ends up just dropping it on the ground because he wasn’t paying attention to whether I’d actually grabbed the food from him before he just let go.. I tried to pick it up from my car doorway which was not easy but it seemed like it just dropped straight down and the food was still in the clamshell in the bag so I ended up just taking it instead of making them redo it because I was just annoyed and hungry and ready to leave. My mistake. I finally get home and sit down to eat and there ends up being a hair in my fries. I was so grossed out. Waste of $20, waste of my time. Do not recommend.

It's good food, but if you have vouchers for a free kids' meal from any place, make sure you have the kid with you. My niece's dentist's office gave her a few vouchers for free kids' meals, so anytime I'm in that area, I pick one up for her. Today, when I went to use the voucher, the young manager refused to let me use it until after I had already paid. So, unless you're going to bring the child the kids' meal is for with you, don't even try.
