Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

It seems to run like a well oiled machine. It's my wife and daughter place to eat from.

Decent drive-through with quick service. They made several mistakes on our small order but overall ok.

The chicken was fresh and juicy but the seasoning was lacking. The chicken sandwich was very good.

Tenders were tender as expected.

Went up to grab an extra sauce and a few napkins after placing my order, and was told it would be $0.45 for the sauce, after already spending $32.23 on just two meals. That just doesn't sit right with me. The food was mediocre and overpriced. I won’t be returning.

Store was incredibly busy and staffing was having a hard time keeping up. The dining areas needed attention badly and the food was not as good as it should have been. Soggy chicken and undercooked fries. If I have a choice I'll go elsewhere.

The atmosphere was so unprofessional and threatening to the employees! I had seen a customer come in and disrespect one of the workers in front of the general manager and the manager was soo nonchalant about the situation and did absolutely nothing!! I believe that the company should care about their employees and customers, so I hope that they improve in that area and stock up on ketchup!

The Cane's sauce is legendary, but it's more of an urban myth. Underwhelming. I tried the honey mustard instead and it had the consistency of water. The chicken is good, but overall I doubt I'll go back. The staff were all high as hell, but provided excellent service.

This is quite possibly the slowest drive through I’ve ever been in. I’ve been in multiple occasions now and each time I’ve waited greater than 20 minutes in the drive through line. The drive through employees are also not that professional. The food is usually fairly decent. I just wouldn’t suggest coming here when in a rush or expecting drive through speed food.
