My parents, grandparents, brother, & I have been ordering from this location for 16+ years, pickup & delivery. Weâve only ever had ONE issue with an order, we ordered a large but were given a medium. They gave us a new pizza, & let us keep the other one. Thatâs the only issue/concern out of dozens of orders over nearly 2 decades. Theyâre always extremely nice, and always gone above & beyond for my grandparents. Will continue ordering from only this location for the next 16 years!!

Where do I begin? The only positive thing I can say is that I haven't gotten sick from the food. However, the treatment we received as customers was absolutely appalling. My mother ordered a pizza and paid in cash, but they claimed she hadnât paid. She clearly remembers it being $22 and some change and handed over $23. Somehow, the driver stole the money and insisted she didnât pay. My stepdad ended up paying for the pizza again, and then they put my mom on a âRED FLAGâ list, banning us from ordering pizza from there.
My mom was very nice about the whole situation, but it didnât matter. We tried to order for pickup later, but they refused us because of this ridiculous ban. After some time, we went back, thinking we could pick up without giving them our address. But when they recognized my mom, they looked it up and said they wouldnât have given us the pizza if they had known who we were.
When my mom asked for a refund because she didnât want to deal with it anymore, they called the cops on us! The police were confused about why they were even called. They just told us to go elsewhere. This place is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could press charges, I absolutely would. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

The food wasnât not done twice undone fries and now mushy onion ring and they said thatâs how they cook them Iâm done being lazy $30 twice and wasnât happy I will get in my car from now own
Ordered the spaghetti family meal. Came with two breadstick orders and two salads. It was decent. The spaghetti was baked so there were a few hard noodles but everyone finished it and my breadsticks were cold, but I assume to keep the salad from welting. Overall it was a good meal, not maggianos but a nice neighborhood pasta restaurant that's affordable.

Ordered this food after a concert at the Bridgestone arena via DoorDash. Yâall, this food is 10/10. We got Buffalo chicken pizza, lasagna, breadsticks, and salad. It got to our door within 30 min, AND it was very cheap. The food was hot, and DELICIOUS. I honestly donât know why this page isnât at 100% and have more likes. If you want good food, late at night, quick, definitely order here

The pizza was old and very cold. When I called the manager going to tell me he made it upon my call. It took them 35 minutes to get her. The manager going to tell me to bring it back. I paid for delivery and let him know I didn't have a ride. He was rude to me and I just wanted a remake or money back He didn't do either one. I'll never go to this Roma Pizza again. I encourage anyone to next order anything from Romas on Clarksville Hwy.
