I ordered from here over the phone. I asked for BBQ chicken pizza and a shrimp Alfredo pasta; my order came up to 64 dollars. When my food arrived, the pizza was the wrong kind. You all gave me buffalo chicken pizza instead, and the pasta was watery, no sauce and looked uncooked. Very unsatisfied with my order, and when I called back up there to tell them about my order, they were very rude and said that’s what I ordered, even thought it wasn’t. Tried to get a refund, they said no, and if I come down there, they have my voice on record to prove that’s what I ordered. Ik what I ordered and it was not this, 0/10. Their prices are way too high for mediocre food.

If I could give zero stars that would still be too much. We spent over $60 picked up the order within the 10 minute pick up time and received what tasted like day old wings!!! Not to mention they were cold! We ordered two different kind put only received one flavor, pizza was fresh and delicious but wings were BEYOND DISGUSTING and good luck trying to get a polite and respectful person on the phone if you’re a woman bc that’s not what’s expected from their culture. Super rude when talking to me but hubby called from different number and tone was totally different.

The spinach artichoke pizza was absolutely the most disgusting pizza I have ever ate from this place. It was undercooked and almost made me vomit! Not to mention it was beyond high priced around 15 dollars higher than the other spinach/chicken pizzas just to make my stomach turn and end up in the garbage! 😡

This roma is amazing. I regularly order here and their pizza is delicious service is fast and reliable. Big fan. I will continue supporting them because they are always fast, reliable and the pizza is delicious. BBQ chicken pizza with jalapeño and pineapple is my go-to.

My parents, grandparents, brother, & I have been ordering from this location for 16+ years, pickup & delivery. We’ve only ever had ONE issue with an order, we ordered a large but were given a medium. They gave us a new pizza, & let us keep the other one. That’s the only issue/concern out of dozens of orders over nearly 2 decades. They’re always extremely nice, and always gone above & beyond for my grandparents. Will continue ordering from only this location for the next 16 years!!
