I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Salsarita’s. As an employee of Vanderbilt Hospital, a tax-exempt organization, I followed proper procedures to request a refund of sales tax that should never have been charged. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have received no resolution and only the runaround from the restaurant.

The manager, Joey, has been unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this process. Because of this lack of accountability, my job is now on the line due to a policy I am required to follow. This level of disregard for customers and for honoring tax-exempt status is unacceptable.

I expected better communication and professionalism from Salsarita’s, but instead I’ve been left frustrated and without answers.

Chef Frank was great and friendly! Also, the mango hot sauce is AMAZING!!!! This place was surprisingly good. I’d definitely put it above Chipotle.

The food was amazing! I had the chicken bowl combo and my wife had the Nachos. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked threw the door. Very friendly and was helpful. The restaurant was clean even the manager, a young lady, came and got our trays when we finished. Will be back for sure!

We recently had Salsarita's cater for us, and everything was absolutely delicious! The ordering process was simple and seamless, and pickup was just as easy. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care—our team couldn't stop raving about it. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Tried this for the first time, it was great! The Quesortio is great. A burrito covered in their signature queso. Will be bringing back the family, they have kids eat free on the weekends!

I recently tried Salsarita's for the first time, and I was blown away! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me through the menu and explaining all the options. I loved being able to customize my burrito with fresh ingredients and a variety of toppings. The salsa bar was a real highlight – so many delicious choices! The food was absolutely amazing, and the portions were generous. Salsarita's is definitely my new favorite spot for Mexican food, and I can't wait to go back
