Great vibe and amazing drinks! Only downside is their new menu is more Americanized, and the food isn't as eclectic/out of the box like their old menu. Missing our old favorites like the octopus, lavender chicken, tabbouleh, oysters, and so many more! The food is still great, it just isn't the amazing menu it used to be. Santo is a consistently great restaurant with a chic but chill vibe, perfect for conversations. Fresh and beautifully presented dishes are a hallmark of the eatery. The menu features a range of options, including oysters, scallops, chicken, salmon, and standout dishes like the lamb merguez, harissa shrimp, and pesto bucatini. The feta dip, gazpacho, and bucatini remain favorites, along with new highlights like the whipped feta, eggplant, and dark chocolate crème brûlée. The cocktails, especially the Aviation and spicy Paloma, are delicious. The service team is excellent, offering great recommendations, and the ambiance is cozy and intimate, making it suitable for celebrations, dates, or casual gatherings. The small plates like the lamb kebab, chickpea fries and Portuguese sardines were incredible. The steak frites had an awesome char. The lamb loin chop was good but the highlight of the dish really is the puree. The dark chocolate crème brûlée was to die for. The service was impeccable and attentive and intentional. With its fantastic food and great location in the heart of Green Hills, Santo is a must-visit.
