Awesome market. Great sandwiches. A little inconsistent but most of the time great.

Delicious sandwiches and especially appreciate the gluten free bread! Please note the deli closes at 5, while the market is open until 8.

Good deli. Sandwiches are excellent and so are the breakfast tacos.

Those breakfast tacos may have just saved my life. I just drove in from Atlanta. I wasn't feeling to up to the weather or maybe I was as it was overcast and gloomy... Regardless, those tacos are YUM. My only disappointment was the hot sauces they had available, only Sriracha and Valentina? Come on guys! The store is pretty nice, but the hipster force is almost so strong as to make it uninviting to non-hipsters.

I lunched at Sassafras today and thoroughly enjoyed my West Coast Club. The ingredients were super fresh and tasty and the house made fries were so yummy. I also really enjoyed browsing the market full of interesting foods and the great local beer selection.

I work at one of the warehouses down the street, and am here about twice a week. The food is great, and the staff are super friendly! The Muenster melt and Roast Beef sandwiches are simply incredible.

I love Sassafras! Love the fries with herbed mayo. I only wish I lived closer and could go more often.

This place is amazing. I eat here at least once a week. The West Coast Club is my favorite sandwich, though I also enjoy the Rueben, the Patty Melt, the Roast Beef, the egg salad, and Happy Camper (so... basically everything I've tried). Get the fries! And get the herb mayo to go with the fries! It's my favorite thing they make. They also did a special with housemade chips and French onion dip that knocked my socks off. I hope that becomes a regular menu item! You can also do some grocery shopping while they make your food, and the Beer selection is on point. Check this place out!

I don't know what's happening to this place. I used to go there all the time. The one tattooed cook always knew what I wanted and always made us laugh, and I think his name was Jared took my order at night at treated me with a smile. They always made my food perfect and joked with me while I was waiting. Now there's just a weird vibe in there and the food quality has changed for the worse. Come back sassafras!!!

Modern food and market. The food is eclectic and the people are friendly. Lots of attention to detail. Homemade potato chips are to die for.
