“Great location. Just a small drive through kiosk/stand. Very friendly employees, and I got my smoothie faster than I had gotten it at any of the other brick-and-mortar locations. Frankly, I wish they were all like this. I like it much better.I am adding this portion to the review because of what happened just a few days ago. A few days ago, not only did I receive a great smoothie, but my engine began overheating as I was pulling through the drive through, and I had to hurriedly park in a space to turn the car off before some real damage was done.Someone on the team brought my smoothie out to me, and after I had been sitting there several minutes to allow the engine to cool, two of your team members, Aaron Rodriguez and his wife, Morgan, came out and checked on me to make sure that I was okay. I told them that I would be okay and that I was letting the engine cool so that I could take it about a mile and a half up the road to a shop to let them look at it.However, Aaron and Morgan insisted on helping me by providing coolant for my engine. Morgan then followed me to the shop to make sure that nothing happened to me on the way. She even blocked some traffic for me with her car to make sure that I got there safely enough without having to gun (press on the gas hard) my car.These were some of the nicest people I had ever met, they were my angels that evening. I really hope that whomever their manager is will see this and commend them for their efforts. In this crazy world, it is refreshing to see nice, unselfish, people. God bless them!“
“This Smoothie King is always such a great experience! The staff is super nice and professional — they always make my smoothie exactly how I like it. If there’s ever a small issue, they fix it right away without any attitude or hassle. I really appreciate how kind and attentive everyone is. “Little Ms Dee is awesome. She made me feel so appreciated. She even hooks me up to mangos in my Açaí Cocoa Haze when you were out of bananas, “ amazing”. “In the part of Maryland I’m from we don’t have many Smoothie Kings. But when I was visiting Nashville I was really craving a smoothie so I decided to try out the Smoothie King on Rosa Parks. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, Amelia was really patient with me and helping me figure it out! The smoothie I got was so good!! Shout out to her for knowing exactly what would make me happy!! Anytime I come back to Nashville I’ll be sure to visit this Smoothie King.“
