This place needs better management for the employees, this is the second time I have waited 20+ minutes for drive thru because they only had one-two people on staff. The two employees working today kept a positive attitude despite being there alone with 7+ cars with several orders who are all annoyed with the wait. Staff should not have to be put under those conditions and customers shouldn't have to be waiting 30 minutes. Either hire more and schedule more people for these rushes, there should be no reason the staff who go to their job are treated rudely because they are understaffed.

I drove all the way over here, because it says they’re open until 21:00, but they closed like 15 min early?

This smoothie king is good but they lock they door when they feel like it so if you do a pickup you have to 20 minutes in the drive through for everyone else’s order to get done and by the time you get up there it’s like water, the young guy kept saying I can’t cancel your order cause who wants to wait 20 minutes after they drive 15 minutes to get there to pickup the drink!

Love coming to the Belmont location. Sue customer service is wonderful and her smoothies are ALWAYS THE BEST!! She’s very informative always sharing new offers and rewards. Seeing her there lets me know I’m well taken care of.

Do not patronize this smoothie king. I expressed to the young man taking my order twice that I had a treenut allergy at the window, and to specifically not put butter pecan ice cream in my shake. Asked for confirmation at the window that it was free of butter pecan. Took one sip and had an allergic reaction. Went back to the store not to get onto them but to express how incredibly dangerous and negligent that was—the only response was “would you like us to remake it?” This is a mistake that simply cannot be made in food service. Someone is going to get seriously hurt going here.

They are SO slow. It took me 50 minutes to get through the drive thru, and I was only the 4th car in line. And you can tell they don’t give a crap about you, just no urgency whatsoever.

Arrived at opening, great service; healthy product line

Dietary restrictions: Smoothie King’s product line was evidently developed to help address food allergies with products that taste great.

It is currently 854 am, the store hours list 7am as opening. I went to open the the door, it's locked and the two women in there said that they are not open yet. I'm contacting corporate and this is unacceptable, the rudeness of being told they were not open and not being open 2 hours after they are set to open? Unreal.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Went to the drive thru after working 13 hour shift at the hospital and the card reader was down when I tried to pay, they could not figure out how to manually enter. The store turned me around and said “sorry, this happens often” and forced me to leave after they had made the smoothie. What the heck?
