10/12/2025 - 2:15pm - Taking time to review because I’ve never experienced such absolute lack of concern or give a darn for customer service. Went to drive thru and got zero response. We assumed the drive thru speakers weren’t working and went inside. Got inside and the attendant was WEARING the headset and gave a side glance like “why are you even here”. Not even kidding. Tries to speak. No response. Just a glare and walking over to rinse a blender. As though they would have rather been anywhere else. It was just - incredulous. Others came in after us and joined the line - no greeting, no enthusiasm or desire. Just miserable to be there and aggravated that we were there for anything.

I order from here every week and and every week it's something wrong with my food the number doesn't work online to call the store I'm using uber to order and its always some bs and today my bowl was melted like it was never even frozen and they just threw toppings on it soon as I get off work they gotta answer to this because yea no where they do this at yall playing on 12th Ave foreal

The person taking orders at the drive through sign was rude. Also, I ended up ordering at the drive through window and gave my order to the person at the window. She understood exactly what I ordered and the drive through person brought my order that was packed the way I requested…so she was rude again!
This is really one of the worst of the Smoothie Kings I've been to. Service is always slow. They are argumentative when they get your order wrong. Last time I tried to make it easy for everyone and just order from the app. They didn't have one of the things I ordered, but told me they couldn't take it off my ticket. They told me that I had to request a refund through the app. There was nowhere on the app to request a refund, she couldn't tell me how to do it, and when I said I never had to do it that way before and asked if someone else could help, the entire team was on break outside. So she took my number and said she would call me and never did. I complained through the app and never heard back from them either. A waste of time and money!

This is truly the worst Smoothie King I’ve ever been to. I love Smoothie King and this place is making me hate it. The staff is horrendous. They are so unwelcoming, they don’t say anything when you come in and just stare at you until you order. They rarely make my smoothie right. Whenever you ask for it to be fixed they just try to argue and fight with you, and refuse to make another one, so it ends up being a complete waste of money and time.
Super slow and major attitude. Not worth $12.
