I wish it was an option to not give any stars. This is the absolute worst Sonic! I have given them many chances to redeem themselves and they haven’t. Every time I’ve went it’s been something. It’s the closet Sonic to me that’s why I tried to give them a chance. Either their system is down or they don’t have what you order or they may not even acknowledge you pressed the button to order. Don’t waste your time!

I’d give them a zero if I could. Sat for 15 minutes then knocked on their door 5 times before an employee came to the door. This was after one outside ignored me as well. Less than half the stalls are full, app order rejected, first time that’s happened. Was told they are behind on orders so they are not taking new ones. Then answer the call box and tell people this!!! Don’t be rude!!! Is buying food provides your paycheck keeping the business open so you have a job. Think people!!! RUDE

i really hate to leave a poor review for sonic, but i have been to this location 3 times for a blast, and every time i have been told the machine isnt working. i tried to order mozzarella sticks one of the times, and was told it would take 25 minutes for them (later at the night, low customer volume) and just decided i wasnt going to return to this location anymore. a let down too many times. i hope they can do better!

This place is a glorified joke. LITERALLY. Anytime I try to give them a chance I come here and get pissed off. ROYALLY. Example tonight I come after work to press the button and the kept cutting off the stall. Moved to another stall for them to cut off that stall. I get out the car and ask are they closed. The woman proceeds to say “naw you gone have to wait and give us a minute.” like what do you mean. Proceeded to sit there and additionally 10 minutes to still be ignored. Let me come back in and edit this. She eventually comes on the speaker. And I ask her before I start my order are yall out of anything. She ignores what I ask and says what can I get for you. I will NEVER in my life eat here EVER AGAIN.

Ever since they got new employees the service has gotten so slow. You end up sitting for 10 minutes after pressing the button for your order and then you wait another 10-15 minutes for your order to even come out. Usually I could order and get it quickly out-in time for work but now it’s impossible. Even with the mobile app they take just as long. Sometimes you’ll get lucky tho.

Placed a mobile order around 8am. Went to pick it up and the store was closed. No one was there no sign on the door. Tried to call to leave a voice mail for a refund and no voice mail available. Here it is 2 hours later and still can not get anyone to answer the phone. It goes straight to a message that says no one can take your call and hangs up

My wife made me tip a $1 bc they likely weren't getting any tips. But that's because it took us moving to 3 different car stalls and 30 minutes to get our 3 shakes with barely anyone else in other stalls ordering. This place seems like its going to go out of business soon at this rate. RIP.
