I have been here many times but this is the last straw, I will be making the 15 minute trip to Charlotte pike instead as the service is terrible here. The food is ALWAYS cold,
I haven’t had a good meal from here in 6 years, I’ve lived in Bellevue for 15. This sonic is slowly deteriorating and I would recommend you spend your money somewhere better

The only way upper management finds out about anything is through reviews here but the past couple times I have been here I have been met with attitudes for no reason and getting cut off with no warning on the speakers this last time. I asked for the manager after being cut off 3 times. They sent some little girl out to tell me the manager was in the bathroom and that I could tell the issue to her. Makes me assume it was the manager the whole time on the speaker. Staff does not listen and I never get the sauces I ask for. My almost 5$ chicken bites was old and nasty. I’ll change this once I see some improvements Update.. I come here again give it another try and get my food everything was okay. I get home and my burger is raw. Okay accidents happen I go back up there to get it remade and now I’m sitting here for half hour waiting for my food again.. it gets better.. they forgot about me after ringing it up again. So I’m wasting my Valentine’s Day night because your management doesn’t care about its customers. I wish old hickory blvd or Highway 100 sonic was still around jeez get it together. Highway 70 sonic used to be the Sonic to go to.

The attendant cut us off without our order being complete. I was worried to push the red button to complete our order, but I did. Sonic has the best drinks , right? & we came specifically for the drinks. WRONG, not here. We ordered a blue raspberry slush with nerds & got ice, no flavoring & nerds. Asked for a replacement & got ocean water & nerds. I can not recommend this place and is not the caliber of store to be in Bellevue. Wont return to this location. 2/8/25 1pm-130pm<- yes 30 minutes at a quick serve.

This sonics is absolute joke.I would recommend never going there and getting food. Every time I come to this sonic, I have absolutely problems with them. Tonight I went to the last stall, and the gentleman decided to come over the speaker and tell me that I needed to change different stalls. When I asked him why I needed to change, he literally ignored me.Great customer service. If I was your manager, I would have you fired on the spot. This sonic is always completely rude. I don't know why I keep giving you guys another chance. But as of tonight, i'm completely finished and i'm going to tell all my friends and everybody else to never come to this location ever again and I hope you go out of business because you deserve it

When you press the button, they answer and tell you to wait. You wait 15 minutes, and a car pulls up to the stall right next to you and immediately gets to order. You press the button again and finally get to order. You politely tell the staff that you think your ordering screen might be broken because you had to wait 15 minutes to order, and she tells you that you never pressed the button. You let her know that you did indeed press the button and she told you to wait. She says “Well do you want your order or not?” You say “Yes I do. I’m just trying to be helpful and let you know that the screen might be broken. Or, maybe it’s just that you guys are busy.” While you wait for your order, you witness another customer get out of their car and press their red button repeatedly in frustration. Then you read the reviews where everyone else is saying the same things. Fix the problem: sounds like you need to train your staff.

I normally wouldn't write reviews, but I had almost stopped ordering from you guy all together. Your day shift crew is completely different. I ordered Uber eats, yes, I live close and yes I tip and it doesn't take long, however it's usually subpar. I used to love sonic so I was upset with the location. They usually do forget something and sadly they forgot one item again, but the food was hot. You forgot the tater tots so I would suggest you all spend more time cuz we have to eat those costs. McDonald's has never forgot an item and it's continually a thing for youz I do appreciate this is my 3rd time ordering or it being fresh! Only order at AM at prepare to be missing something.

Absolutely the worst Sonic I’ve ever been too. I don’t know if it’s just my luck, but every single time I’ve gone there I have failed to even place an order due to no one answering when I press the button. This has happened at least 5 times and have told myself I’d never go back, but after months of not going I decided to test my luck again today. And what would you know the exact same result as the other times. I even waited longer than normal to see if anyone would even pick up and after ten minutes and multiple times of me pressing the button again I officially gave up.
