Charged me for ice cream only to tell me after that they don’t have it and if I want my money back to call this number…. Why did you even take my order? The carhop was basically as confused as I was when I asked. I called them as soon as I got home to talk to a “manager” and he just reiterated that the ice cream machine is broke…. Okay cool, then why did you charge me?! I asked when I could talk to the actually manager and he goes, “they will be in tomorrow.”. So dude lied about being the manager too.So to be clear, I was charged for food and then brought out a note that said they didn’t have my food.

Food was great. There was a lot of people there but serve was good!Parking: Obviously there are stalls to pull into, but there was a guy across from me who's truck was too big to fit. So he parked, literally on the other side and was able to just step over the curb and place his order on foot. Easy!Kid-friendliness: Lost of options for kids and fun drinks!

Placed online order. Arrived at location pulled it slot(not marked very well) went to put in number and unit not working (no signage to indicate that) Moved to a different spot and indicated I was here. Screen showed food was in the kitchen, 20 minutes later still no food, and then order screen reset.Went to door since there is no service window and was told that they were having problems with their systems and they would get my order made. Been here now almost 30 minutes and the only way I knew the system wasn't working was because I had to get out of my car and go ask, but still now foodIf it was only a way to cancel an online order, I would definitely be going to another. location.Finally got my order after 33 minutes.

Consistently out of ice cream. We live down the road and they never have ice cream. They also talk to friends in cars while we wait 15min on 3 drinks. It’s a frustration every time we come. This branch should be restaffed or closed down.

Monday afternoon at 5 PM, they say they're open till 7:30, but it's completely locked up and no one is there.Seems to happen on a pretty regular basis.
