Placed online order. Arrived at location pulled it slot(not marked very well) went to put in number and unit not working (no signage to indicate that) Moved to a different spot and indicated I was here. Screen showed food was in the kitchen, 20 minutes later still no food, and then order screen reset.Went to door since there is no service window and was told that they were having problems with their systems and they would get my order made. This is kind of a sleepy Soni. It only has one small entrance off of old hickory blvd and it's easy to miss. It is right before the store if your are headed west. Now the car hops are great awith
