Went in to get some work done. What I assume to be the female manager working with another man, she was so loud. I couldn't even take a call nor concentrate on getting anything done. Floors were so slick I almost fell. I've been in a lot of great McDonald's to do work. But this was not my greatest experience.
Just grabbed dinner this evening and what a great experience it was. My order was out and to me quickly in the drive thru. The bag honestly was perfectly packed and the woman at the window was pleasant. The food was all correct, fresh and hot. Way to go to this location. You're doing it right! I am actually LOVIN' IT this time around.
Whoever is working on the drive-thru needs to be someone that is a little bit aware that their attitude reflects to other people reflecting back at them. I understand we all have our bad days, but don't take it out on customers for no reason. No reason to yell, no reason to be disrespectful. You don't have to yell into the intercom if you can't hear. At one point this place was the most friendliest place, at least it was during midday. Not sure what the young worker had to make...read full review
