1 ⭐️ Hated it! ? The food, service, and atmosphere were the all-time worst for me!! I WILL NEVER go to this place again! I hope it's just this location! Others may have a better experience, but mine was, I hate to say it... AWFUL!! It needs a Complete overhaul. Health and restaurant inspectors need to stop in as well. How do you give the incorrect order; literally 3 times after being told what was ordered!!! ONLY TWO ITEMS IN THE ORDER!! I should've taken a pic of each incorrect item that was given to me. I simply gave each one back. I was beginning to think it was intentional or a prank! ? I kept my cool! ? Who owns or runs this place? ? Such a waste of money! ???

Just close this location already. Waited 15 minutes on a mobile order and saw everyone leaving to go though the drive through. Get to the speaker and they say they aren't taking orders so i waited at the window. Finally after 15 more minutes I got my food but it was inedible. Fed it to my dog, what he would eat of it anyway. This is basically my experience every time i go here. ( I also told the lady i was sorry she was having a bad day after all the waiting and she slammed the window in my face.) 10/10 do not recommend

Placed order on the app for the stall outside. Said my order would be ready by 8:05am. Had to knock on the window was ignored by the worker sitting there on her phone. Finally someone comes out like I'm bothering them. Food is cold. Asked could I get just 1 fresh order of tots for the inconvienence. After I said thank you and was walking away. I was stopped and told I had to give one of the tots back which is clearly a violation of the safe serve policy. I then asked, since your taking the tots can I just get the other one replaced as well. Only to realize that the tots replaced were not fresh but instead just dropped back in the grease for a second time. By far one of the worst experiences ever.

My order was ready 30 minutes ago and says they will bring it to stall #7. I call the their phone. The young lady starting complaining “there’s only two of us.” I didn’t even know the little kitchen fits more than 2. Just a tip, if you keep taking endless drive thru orders, you won’t be able to bring the food out to the customers waiting for 30 minutes. Simply ask the person in the drive thru for their patience while you take 30 seconds to deliver an order and repeat just like the “solution-oriented” you put on your resume. You will make people wait in the drive thru or the stalls. At least take care of the people who ordered first. Such a hard job, I know, hardest job in the world. I work 120 hours a week. Don’t need to come to Sonic to hear an attitude from a young girl who hates her job. At least fake a smile and apology or make more money elsewhere. September 26 12:01 a.m
Edit: She didn't give me syrup for French toast. It's just toast without the French, tf did I pay for this food for, stale as trash. Not eating at Sonic daily anymore.

For anyone who doesn't get out much, Sonic is iconic of a 50s drive in where you eat in your car and food is ordered by and delivered to you there. Sometimes, the wait staff wears roller skates! Think Happy Days!
The menu here is large. Lots of fountain drink options, slushies (with or without ice cream), shakes, Sundaes, burgers, hot dogs, chili dogs, chicken sandwiches, fries, tater tots and onion rings and much more.
The only atmosphere is really the inside of your own car! If you wanted to have a kids' birthday party in your car, no one would stop you, but I wouldn't recommend it!!! Might get boring at worst and messy at best. Their menu doesn't include birthday cake, so if you try the party thing, don't forget the cake! They can certainly handle the ice cream, though!!!
The food is good but not great! It works when you're hungry. Or you get surprised by hungrybfriends at home and need varied, hot food quick! Arrives at your car quick and hot. And is yummy but normal hamburger drive thru food. You just don't drive through, you pull in! Prices are reasonable. And you won't leave hungry.
Vegetarian options: The grilled cheese sandwich is one of the few veggie options. You could also hold the chili on an order of chili cheese fries. No salad options. At one time, they offered a fish sandwich that was pretty good, but I haven't noticed that on the menu lately. Might have been an AZ thing. We've only been in Nashville a year.
Dietary restrictions: I wouldn't recommend this for dietary restrictions. It's a burger joint. All hot food is either deep fried or cooked on a grill (a bit on the greasy side). Yummy, but not really health food!

Anytime I order a blast or shake I only get a medium vanilla ice cream lmao. Tonight I ordered a medium Oreo blast, medium truffle blast and a large Oreo cheesecake shake and got a medium vanilla ice cream, a medium vanilla ice cream and a medium vanilla ice cream. At least throw some chocolate in there or something
