This is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. Most of the kiosks aren’t functioning and the two times I’ve been there, I’ve waited over 20 minutes for a combo meal. Today I waited over 30 for a small tater tot and cherry limeade to the point I left. Garbage.

Every single time I come to this specific location there’s a problem. This is the worst Sonic in Nashville they need to shut down fr! I know yall was high & wanted to make my order the way you wanted but I didn’t want it that way plus no straw or receipt, food is too expensive to be playing with. I won’t be returning to this location ever again. Do better for once & lose the attitude!

Ordering took several minutes, because the speaker was loud, and the server spoken a very soft voice. After the order was placed, it never came out.I waited at least 10 minutes and then pushed the red button again. The server didn't seem to know anything about my order but said it would be out soon. It wasn't. Finally, I had to leave to get to my next appointment.This Sonic cannot be called a fast food place. It is more of a no food place.

This location is never opened and today my mom and I went there. The man who took my order didn't get my fries but repeated it back to me in drive Thur. I couldn't get a small coffee only a medium the coffee wasn't fresh taste like the coffee pot needs to be cleaned out. The tater tots was greasy and the oil needs to be changed. My mom's bacon was burned. It was a waste of 15 dollars for real. I'm never going back to that location. It really deserves 0 stars

For the love of God. Could you do your customers, your staff, and the entire delivery industry a favor and stop taking Doordash orders? You take so long to actually start them that you literally cost the drivers as much money as they make. Completely worthless waste of time. Decline every order you get from here.
