Several of the kiosks are in severe disrepair or outright broken, but they usually always get our order right and they're always quick and polite. it's very inconvenient when several kiosks in a row are broken/in disrepair, you don't really know until you've already pulled into the bay.
This is by far the best sonic I have ever been to. The service is great! I highly recommend anyone who comes to Nashville to try the sonic on charrlotte pike/ave. If anyone finds a better one in the Nashville area please comment on here and let me know. I also want to say thanks to all the sonic worker's at that location. Thanks all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So my daughter and son just went threw and placed our order. They was $9 short on the order. The Server BETSY gave them their order and said she would pay for it. I am so blown away. She very easily could have handled it a totally different way. I absolutely went back and gave her the money but i want management and everyone else to know how gracious she was by doing what she done. Especially in times like these...
