Came for the chili cheese dog special. One of my favorites. Other than that, in general, I like their pickle fries, they're tater tots, their breakfast burritos.

My boyfriend wanted a double smash cheeseburger deluxe.. he said it to the person that was taking his order at least 5 times. He came home with a double smash cheeseburger with sauce only! Very poor service.

Went here for a snack on the way home on the coldest night we have had so far. Ordered on the app and ordered a coffee…30 minutes before close. When the person brought out the order, stated they didn’t have any coffee, could they get me something else. I’m trying to figure out how you can’t make coffee on a 20 degree night 30 minutes before closing, but I was freezing and had no desire for a cold drink. I was told I would have to through the app for my refund.
I did that the next day, and they said someone would contact me. After a week, no contact, I reached out again, and they further explained the store itself would have to refund….but they had said I had to go through the app. Again, someone will contact you. Another week, I reached out again, and the same basic reply. 4th time I reached out and threw a real fit and asked for corporate to contact me they finally decided to issue me a Gift card in my app.
Point is….don’t go to this Sonic or try to get a refund through your app. It has taken a month and a lot of my time because someone did not want to make a pot of coffee. This has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Norma rocks!!!! I go here EVERY morning for my tea and to see Norma's smiling face! Food sometimes is not so good, but the service definitely makes up for it.

I press the button it said activated will be with you soon. Waited over 20 minutes no response then somebody pulls up right next to me hit the button and they say can I help you and I’ve been sitting there over 20 minutes and I pressed that button a bunch of times. They need to know when or if their displays are offline and post it. Can’t keep wasting peoples time like that. I feel sorry for the next person who pulls in that spot.

The mozzarella sticks were good, they didn't put the nerds in my drink and made it wrong on top of that. They didn't add or remove the toppings on my burger. Ignored every request basically.
Ordered my food online. Gabriel (I think that's his name) told me it would be right out. Fast forward 30 minutes later still don't have my food and they're blaming me for not checking in when I did check in. takes them 10 minutes to remake my food (so we're at 40 minutes at this point). I asked to talk to a manager and they refused to let me talk to one.

asked for a combo got sandwich and a side no coke the combo wasn't complete asked for a coke waited 10 min and watched the person fill all the other orders but not me so I left this sonic has had many wrong orders in the past and they still do
