Best California rolls! We have been going here for a few years. They recently updated the floor and interiors which look nice. Their cold soba noodles is also my favorite. Great selection of appetizers that are reasonably priced. I wish they have reservation systems so we can avoid wait times. Highly recommend!
First time! Been dying to go here for classic old school (I’m over the Nobu wannabes and don’t need everyone’s interpretation or fusion Japanese) and it exceeded all of my expectations! It was so delicious. Everything we had was well executed and exactly what it should be. Staff is so sweet and attentive! We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nicole! We did mixed tempura, edamame, rolls, cucumber salad and 2 Bento Boxes. SO MUCH FOOD! Their tempura is light and perfect!...
Sonobana is my new favorite sushi spot! The sushi is on par with what I am used to back in NYC - the fish is fresh and the quality is consistently good. Staff is friendly and helpful, and our server Aya was excellent! The ambiance is great as well.
