I have never experienced this from them. But they forgot are crazy bread when we came back they refused to give a refund. We’ve never experienced this.

Tried calling ahead to order a large order and they kept me on hold several times for almost 5 mins ea time just to hang up on me. Guess they don’t want to make pizzas tonight.

We always have issues every time we come here. Sat in the drive thru line for twenty minutes watching people walk in and out with food. Then they had us pull up and wait and they brought out only have my order. We have slowly quit coming here and I think this will be my last time. Service is always horrible.

Just waiting 30 mins at little caesars just want corporate to be aware, worst experience ever... they sold my pizza while was waiting for a hot and ready that wasn’t ready then returned my money and said I could have a free pizza waited for that and then they denied that and told me I had to pay. I have never been harassed by an employee like that no store number nor names were given said they were managers and weren’t lol. All this over a 5dollar pizza. 😂 I wish I had the recording from 9 - 930 was told the manger would cuss me out in a foreign language lol... customers ain’t always right but tell me one thing then come back on another and made me wait again plus I wouldn’t have eaten after anyways they took it to the side table not in hot and ready spot it should go wait to go team!!! Best thing it’s all on tape. Customer is not always right but when told one thing and then .... huh customer service skills should take over. Think I will just start eating store bought pizza Still amazed of what happened

This is probably the worst pizza experience I've ever had. We went through the drive thru at about 7:45pm and ordered 2 classic pepperonis, and 2 orders of the Italian cheese bread. The man said it would be about 10 minutes tops. We waited 50 minutes to get our food. In the meantime we watched car after car pile up at the drive thru, and people walk into the store, and not a single person leaving with their food. The employees were in the back, on their phones instead of doing their jobs and making pizza. The "cheese bread" we ordered were undercooked bread sticks, and the pizzas were over cooked and had almost no cheese on them at all. If we hadn't already paid, I wouldn't have waited that long and just left. Almost all of the food ended up in the trash. Do not go here unless you want to leave completely disappointed.

Rudest workers ever. Had to tell the lady 10 times what our order was and it still was wrong and still was charged wrong amount. She had the. Audacity to tell me to have a good day after she was rude as could be. Won't be going. Back to that store.
