Delicious. That’s all you need to know. It was like going back to Habana! Excellent service, more than fair portions, and a friendly staff. Iced coffee with milk (con leche) is a must have!

My wife and I stopped by Soy Cubano for brunch and it was an amazing experience! We ordered two Cubano sandwiches with yuca al mojo, along with a cortado and a cafecito. Every bite was bursting with authentic flavor — the sandwiches were perfectly pressed, the yuca was tender and full of garlicky goodness, and the coffee was strong and rich, just the way it should be.

The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to kick back, relax, and enjoy a quality moment together. You can feel the care put into both the food and the vibe of the place. Highly recommend for anyone craving true Cuban flavor here in Nashville!

Food was ok for imitating the actual cuban sandwich or frita
Had both
Frita overloaded with cummin and oregano horrible
The cuban sanwich not actual cuban bread, sweetheart? And provolone cheese?
Sorry way off on those sandwiches they make.
I am a Cuban raise making and eating these.

I am the daughter of a Cuban immigrants who became a naturalized American citizen. That being said. I know Cuban food. That was the best Cuban sandwich I have had in my entire life. This is the real deal, folks. Get one! Too bad we don’t live in TN or we would favorite this place for Cuban sandwiches! The cortado was legit and reminded me of the kind my Cuban aunt would make! A+ to this authentic Cuban food experience!

As a Cuban, I’ve had my fair share of Cuban sandwiches, but the one I ordered here was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. Perfectly toasted bread, flavorful layers, and just the right balance of everything. On top of that, the staff was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. This spot is a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back anytime I’m in the area!
