My wife and I stopped by Soy Cubano for brunch and it was an amazing experience! We ordered two Cubano sandwiches with yuca al mojo, along with a cortado and a cafecito. This is the real deal, folks. Get one! Too bad we don’t live in TN or we would favorite this place for Cuban sandwiches! The cortado was legit and reminded me of the kind my Cuban aunt would make!
