Our family night out is on Sunday. We had a party of 6 Sunday, October 6th. Star Rover Sound was our destination. We had already been there twice before. The food at Star Rover Sound is beyond expectations. The tacos are perfectly crispy and tasty, the burger was juicy and blended the flavors well and the ice cream is delicious! The atmosphere is hip and there’s always an amazing band on stage. The sound is never too loud, always professionally mixed. Definitely recommend making this a routine spot in Germantown!!

Star Rover Sound offers exceptional dining experiences with top-notch service and delicious food. The vibe is cool and nostalgic, with an old-school aesthetic that feels kinda like an old Vegas night club. It is a beautiful restaurant in a quiet neighborhood a short drive outside of Downtown. Steaks are cooked to perfection and full of flavor, easily one of the top 5 steaks in town. The bread is a highlight, with amazing rolls worth a trip, and the apple pie for dessert is excellent. The menu is simple and straight to the point, with dishes like ribs and double cut chicken seasoned and cooked perfectly. The chicken is very tender, and the entrees come with homemade onion rings, the favorite in town, and thick square-shaped fries that are crispy outside and warm inside. You get all you can eat steak fries and onion rings! The salads are crisp and fresh and just the right size, with dill ranch dressing as a favorite. The restaurant also features live music, creating a pleasant and awesome ambiance. For drinks, the frozen espresso martinis are highly recommended, and finishing with the browned butter soft serve is suggested. The restaurant has a minimal menu but every dish is perfected, and the staff is attentive and kind with smiling faces. It is a casual restaurant that offers great value and wonderful service, making it a must-visit and a unique experience in Nashville.
