They need to hire more employees here, it takes way to long to get served and to get your order after. I witnessed multiple people give up and leave line, I also joined suit after waiting 10 minutes with every employee only working on drinks, Noone else to take orders. It's not that expensive to hire more staff, this is a university coffee shop. It's kind of sad.

I waited about an hour to get my drink, I ordered online it said 10-15 minutes and I waited approximately 50 minutes for ONE drink. The ladies were very disrespectful to the people in the line. I do NOT recommend this store I’m sorry!!!!!!

Stopped by on the way home from Nashville, my folks are very picky with their coffee and having worked at a college Starbucks in Murfreesboro I wasn't confident they'd get what they asked for. Person at the counter was very accommodating and everyone got exactly what they'd asked for with no problems. Staff was all very polite

I kid you not I waited 20 minutes for a water and never got it. I was sick of waiting and left. All they had to do was make the water as soon as I ordered it since it doesn’t take as long as all their other drinks. Come on guys use your head >:(

Staff is nice but the drinks are atrocious. They are never how it’s supposed to be ever!!! The drinks taste horrible every single time I get it. So I will not be getting it again.
