Extremely disappointed with the staff at this Starbucks. I followed all the rules for a refill—paid with the app, stayed in-store, and still got denied. The barista claimed I needed a ceramic cup to qualify, which is completely false according to Starbucks’ official refill policy. When I pointed this out, I was dismissed with attitude instead of being helped. This is a company-operated store, not a licensed one, so there’s no excuse. If employees don’t know the policy or choose to ignore it, they’re misleading customers and damaging the brand’s reputation.

Awesome location of Starbucks! Staff is cool and fun. They get the orders out fairly quickly.Peak hours lines move swiftly. Drinks are standard. It’s crowded but clean and spacious. Conveniently located inside the mall of green hills, it always comes handy to pick up some coffee while shopping ?️
