This location is not a cafe.
It is located in the mall for walk up or carry out service & they stay busy !

They’ve remodeled and taken away their indoor seating.
Well, the service has always been characterized as being good but there are days that are very congested like weekends and I think they lack staff. My experience was not good this Saturday. What happened other than that they did not receive the ticket with which I was going to pay? The person was not so friendly and they never gave me the coffee, they passed all the people who came after me for their orders and mine never arrived at the end I left
Not a great experience at all. I ordered for mobile pick up and it was about 20 minutes past when it said it was ready. My strawberry refresher is 90% lemonade I can’t taste the strawberry at all. If I wanted lemonade I wouldn’t spend $6 for it.The only good part was the guy calling out the orders was very nice and efficient. Other than that I won’t be ordering from this location again.

This Starbucks is very comfortable and connected from the outside and inside of the mall at green hills. Typical fast Starbucks.

Very friendly. Explained the difference in the coffee, and sizes of cups by their unique names. It was cold in their as all the Starbucks I've visited.

It's a Starbucks
First off my order was in correct i was nice to the employees about it but they gaslighted me. I was told that the drink which was in my hand was in fact made correctly when it was a frapp but was not blended at all. I pointed to the cup to show that there was ice in the drink but kept being told that’s a frapp when it was the label that said frapp (per my order). They took 10 minutes to replace the drink when they could have dumped out it’s contents into the blender. They didn’t apologize for this at all. They were just rude.

This is a extremely busy location but the staff was fast, efficient and friendly. There is indoor and outdoor seating available.
