Constantly only staffed with one barista and they refuse to take orders in person. No other Starbucks in town has an issue with staffing but this location. Poor management.

After 15 minutes of waiting. They let me know that they can’t make a cold coffee. So I then had to wait longer for something I did not want. I just got my caramel frappe and they put butterscotch instead of caramel.

6 people working begin the counter talking and laughing, one person at the register taking orders. Today was my birthday, and I had points to redeem and a free drink, yet after standing in line for 15 minutes I was told they could not use the app and could only take cash fir my order.
Someone from corporate should really inspect this Starbucks location. Sad representation of the Starbucks I am accustomed to.

The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE KNOWN TO MAN! No sense of urgency and personal conversations are significantly more important than customer service. Manager? Terrible! Whats the point if you’re not a leader. And they all think its so funny. This establishment needs to be restaffed ASAP and truly only makes money because of its location. Youd get your order faster going to a different Starbucks

Completely rude people. Out of 30 oz cups and instead of telling me they put my drink into two 12 oz cups. I had to explain to them math which they didn't appreciate. So they poured me another cup about half full and laughed when they gave it to me.

I usually get my ice blac tea with 8 pumps of liquid cane (or 10 in the trenta) everywhere I go. Some how in this SB it was extremely sweet. But beyond sweet. My wife and I couldn't drink them. Whats worst I tried to tell them and they said that's what I asked and they don't do "refills" even though I didn't even drink them.
