I would not recommend this particular Starbucks because the employees continue to give horrible customer service. My trip today, for my birthday reward, is the last straw in my decision to no longer visit this Starbucks. My app did not show my birthday reward so we asked, at the drive thru, if they could honor it with proof of my birthdate. They refused and were extremely rude about it.
