I have never had an issue with this Starbucks until last night. I ordered ahead as I do every night before my 12hr shift at the hospital. I got there to find out the inside was closed and I would have to wait in the drive thru line to pick up my coffee I had pre-ordered and paid for. I had been able to walk in the night before so I was a bit confused. Nearly 30min later of waiting in the drive thru line I finally got my coffee. This Starbucks Coffee Company is the best in the state of Tennessee. The staff members are always friendly, kind, and above and beyond, with an amazing personality that can change the whole dynamics of a day. Service is quick, and the baristas are fast and warm with a kind, magnetic smile. Drinks are always consistent, like a half decaf which was an easy one, or a venti Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte served in a real glass that was delicious and not overly sweet. The food, including a Feta Spinach wrap and a Canadian bacon & egg sandwich, was hot and tasty, and the large coffee was perfect. The environment is quiet with comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors, though a little stark. Customers can relax, get work done with WiFi and a laptop recharge, and enjoy an enjoyable experience.
