Pretty disappointing experience yesterday. I work in the hospitality industry and no matter how bad of a day I’m having I never let others, especially guests or customers know. The young lady heating food Friday 10/24 at 8:30am was incredibly inconsiderate and had no issues letting everyone know how terrible of a day she was having. She was also having a very hard time juggling her job. I’m never one to leave poor reviews, but it really put a damper on my Friday morning receiving such attitude when asking the status on a breakfast sandwich ordered 23 minutes prior. I hope this feedback helps her growth in the service industry.

We arrived at 10 min to 8, store hrs stated open until 8 pm. Doors were unlocked but staff refused to answer my husbands request for service. Would not come out of the back room (we had seen her walk back as he walked in the door) Woman with sandy ponytail said they were closed and claimed she didn't know who the Mgr was. We have never had this happen in a Starbucks before anywhere in the country. Calling corporate to lodge a formal complaint against this location tomorrow. Did I mention there was a second gentleman that walked in with my husband? Treated with the same disregard? Yes... there was.

On my drive, I stopped here to get a takeaway breakfast. I was very well received and the drinks and cakes were perfect. I recommend this place because even the prices are reasonable.
Parking: Free parking around Starbucks.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The service is not good, the employees are not friendly for the most part. And every single time I get a coffee drink there it is never made well. It always taste like it’s been sitting out, they never get the flavor right. I can go to another Starbucks and order the same drink and it turns out perfect but at this location it’s just bad. Consistently bad.

Drinks were good, service was absolutely appalling. Since when did it become acceptable to roll your eyes when asked a question, not once but twice? It was like we came over to her house and were bothering her. She had a disgusting attitude as soon as we stepped up to place our order, for no reason.
I came through drive thru to get a brown sugar shaken Expresso and I had customized it, like you can do on the app, I couldn't order ahead bc their system was down, so I go through drive thru, the lady was rude, acted as if what I asked for was too much, I got my drink and noticed it didn't look like it normally does, I asked if it even had coffee in it bc it looked like just cream mixed with the syrup (which that's exactly what it was) she said yeah it has it in it, it just looks like that bc of all the sugar etc you wanted in it, being rude about it, I even tipped a few dollars bc I know my order was a lot, but drove off and tasted it, it was horrible, no coffee whatsoever!
So I'm assuming it pist them off of what I asked for and they just made my drink like that purposely! I will never go back to that location! I order that exact drink every day at the Green Hills location close to my job and they have never been rude or acted like it was too much, it always tastes on point! I work in the service industry and this is unacceptable!

I ordered a mango dragon, fruit refresher with lemonade, and I got pretty much slightly flavored water. I also asked for a cheese danish and she asked if I wanted to heat it up and I said yes, and I got it cold. I know this job is not hard you guys.

I had placed an order at 7:50 and arrived 15 mins after to get the single coffee and waited for 20 mins to try to get the single coffee order. Then when I asked about the order, several of the staff were extremely rude- finally leaving at 8:40 with coffee…
