Absolutely delicious! We couldnβt believe the place wasnβt packed!
I live in San Diego but when Iβm in town 4-5 times a year I always find myself returning to Central BBQβ¦.great staff, terrific food & nice atmosphere
Central BBQ is a cute little stop, the ribs were so good I could eat a full rack and not feel guilty, I had them dry and dipped them in the mild sauce (no sauce needed I just wanted to try it). I also tried the smoked wings with the dry rub, I couldnβt place it but the rub was familiar. Also very good but a little spicy for me. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Nashville!!
