This Starbucks is notorious for being extremely slow and the staff having poor attitudes.I’ve tried in app order ahead and ordering at the counter and both situations it took 20+ minutes to make a simple coffee drink.Doesn’t matter if I am the only person in there or if it is packed. It’s just not a good Starbucks.

Stopped in for drinks and a little AC on a hot day during our trip to Nashville. Barista advised us they were closing soon and we'd have to leave. We were still waiting for our last drink when he told us AGAIN we had to leave. We said we knew and he replied "Well, you're still sitting down" Thanks for the hospitality, j**** I'm surprised he didn't make us wait outside for our drinks?

I read a lot of reviews about this location being slow and or short staffed but due to the size and the location I think that they are perfectly staffed and I think that they take care to make sure that their orders are correct. However, if you don’t have patience then it may not be the best place for you. Every Starbucks in the Nashville area has lines out the Wazoo. So if you want your overpriced lattes then you have to be willing to wait for them. Five stars on cleanliness and on friendliness of the baristas here. Chandler is an absolute dream and he brightens up my day. I love the location convenient to Pilates and Publix.

Terrible customer service. I came in at 4:45pm to get a drink. The girl working the register told me to “get out” because they were closed. The hours said the store closes at 5pm. I will never come to this Starbucks location again.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how it is humanly possible to move this slow. I’ve been here for almost 45 minutes waiting to get a coffee. Almost no one is getting orders in at the register, and they’re maybe cranking out 1 ice coffee every 15 minutes - not exaggerating. And they’re still messing up orders and having trouble keeping track of orders.

Unfortunately lack of staffing and high demand lended to excessive wait times. Given this Starbucks central location to offices and other businesses, more resources are needed to meet this high volume of customers.
