I read a lot of reviews about this location being slow and or short staffed but due to the size and the location I think that they are perfectly staffed and I think that they take care to make sure that their orders are correct. However, if you don’t have patience then it may not be the best place for you. Every Starbucks in the Nashville area has lines out the Wazoo. So if you want your overpriced lattes then you have to be willing to wait for them. Five stars on cleanliness...

Always have pretty good service here! Wanted to write a review because I watched the staff handle an anti-mask customer pretty well. They asked him if he had a mask and he just said “no.” They allowed him to be served this time and told him he won’t be served next time if he comes without a mask. He tried to ask why people who were sitting down and eating could take their masks off. We’ve been in this 9 months, at this point we all know the rules (not to mention there...
