Not sure how this shop has 5 star reviews. My daughter and I visited it for the the first time today. The owner was talking to another customer when we walked in. He never acknowledged us. At least until we were leaving. He asked if we found everything. I probably would have bought some things from there. But, the rudeness got me, so we left.

Knowlegeable with many years of experience. Polite, cordial, peaceful, and clean. Many shops I've been in would hound you into buying something or be rude. One of the owners was über patient with me especially since I'm a green horn (beginner) with jewelry making. Go here for these things and if you like a variety of teas, stones, honey sticks, and most of all everything jewelry making.

While this place has a wide selection of teas and beads I feel like there needs to be some major improvements. We felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time we were in the store. For one you have to get buzzed in which we found strange.. the store itself is extremely crowded and kind of dull.. It was dead silent inside, no music or anything in the background, I felt like I was in a library and couldn't talk. 1 employee who watched us the entire time while pretending not to, as if we came to rob the place. He even not so quietly jumped over to the computer to watch us on the monitor the second we went to look at beads.. The teas in the jars that are meant for us to smell were all extremely stale and had completely lost their scent as well which made it very hard to pick out anything. The whole visit was extremely awkward and made us not want to come back.. very disappointing.
