My husband and I were happy to get a reservation on Christmas night - this is a great location in Nashville and it was beautifully decorated! Espresso martinis were excellent and service was fantastic (thanks to Claire) I took off one star for food only because we had just two choices but the prime rib was great!

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat in Nashville, but I had second hand embarrassment for them yesterday. Had to remind our server that we ordered an appetizer after we waited long enough for our main dishes to come out. Had to ask for water refills multiple times. Sent my steak and eggs back because they were not warm. Had to ask for a steak knife from another server since ours didn't come back to check on us. Our server forgot to bring the steak sauce to the table after my food came out the second time.

All I can say is wow! A few weeks back my family and I came in with a party of 8 to celebrate a birthday. To make a long story short, we left very disappointed by how we were treated and ultimately were never sat. Afterwards, I took a moment to reach out to Stateside via social media to express our concerns and within a few days Daniel contacted me via email with a heartfelt, sincere, 3-paragraph apology and invited us back when we had the time in our schedule. We came back today and were served by Kimmy - Kimmy was kind, attentive, answered any questions we had and made sure our experience was perfect. Thank you Stateside and Stateside Management for being willing to hear our feedback and respond accordingly! We will be back and will gladly continue frequenting your establishment.

Very cool atmosphere with sunlight beaming into the restaurant. It is located inside the Hyatt hotel. The steak and eggs weren’t very good. Steak was very dry and not tender at all. The potatoes were crispy but tasted like it was reheated. The crab dip was absolutely delicious. Hands down, the best thing we ate there.
