My husband and I were happy to get a reservation on Christmas night - this is a great location in Nashville and it was beautifully decorated! Espresso martinis were excellent and service was fantastic (thanks to Claire) I took off one star for food only because we had just two choices but the prime rib was great!
All I can say is wow! A few weeks back my family and I came in with a party of 8 to celebrate a birthday. To make a long story short, we left very disappointed by how we were treated and ultimately were never sat. Afterwards, I took a moment to reach out to Stateside via social media to express our concerns and within a few days Daniel contacted me via email with a heartfelt, sincere, 3-paragraph apology and invited us back when we had the time in our schedule. We came back today...
Very cool atmosphere with sunlight beaming into the restaurant. It is located inside the Hyatt hotel. The steak and eggs weren’t very good. Steak was very dry and not tender at all. The potatoes were crispy but tasted like it was reheated. The crab dip was absolutely delicious. Hands down, the best thing we ate there.
