Food made me sick. The milkshake was the only good thing. I ordered a large that was actually a medium that they charge you for a large. Service was ghetto as usual. It was exactly what you would expect from a steak and shake.

Great food. Hated the automated ordering system but thankfully, a kind waitress helped us through it all(if she hadn't, we'd have walked across the street) great burgers, fries and shakes. My kids were thrilled until we came back a week later in the morning, and they weren't open. Website said 24 hours.. . Not

Best strawberry shake I've had in a long time!! Good value on burgers too!
The food here is always top notch. Had the single garlic burger and fries with cheese on them. You can’t go wrong with the shakes either. Wish I had one closer to where I live in Temple, TX.

This is a well ran steak and shake I always have fresh food and good service from multiple staff. Everyone I've seen on the grill provides excellent burgers. I go here often. Night and day difference to the mount Juliet location.
