October Surprise
At 8:30pm August 24 I'm placing an order on the kiosk and a few minutes in the guy on the grill starts yelling at me from behind and then when I turn around he gets an attitude with me for not knowing he was talking to me with my back turned. Just weird the people there are always nice but I guess misery was looking for company tonight.

It was very hot and uncomfortable inside dining. AC not working. Shakes is not creamy at all. assuming that's also has to do with the AC but who knows

Stopped in here today just to get drinks and fries. The best service, kind folks working here. The gentleman working the grill stepped out to give us seasoning for the fries. One of the ladies brought out the Nutella shake for my daughter. I saw the folks here helping others with the tech check out stations. Fries, shake and drinks were great! Really great experience! Thank you!

Ordered ahead through their website, and the food was ready in like 5 minutes! Went through the drive-thru for pick-up, and the person at the counter was SO kind. Handed out a pup cup to our puppies! Food was really good! I asked for extra veggies on everything, and they delivered. 💯

VERY different from what they used to be. My steak burger was basically a pickle sandwich.With a tiny little flavor of meat that didn't neighbor come near the size of the bun. It's also order now and you pick it up at the counter when it is ready. There's no doubt in my mind why they're going out of business.
I just started coming to this location on a whim. Hadn’t been to the Steak ‘n Shake in close to 2 decades! But boy am I glad I came! The service is always friendly! Everything is cooked to order, not sitting in a warming tray… because of that, it might take a couple of minutes, so just sit back and relax!! You’ll feel right at home at the home of the steakburger!! •eat more beef tallow•

We went through the drive thru. Got a #6 combo and a #1 combo. We drove home 30 min away, only to realize that we only recieved one burger. It took 15 min of calling over and over, then leaving a voicemail to finally get a call back. They are going to replace it, but still incredibly frustrated with the situation.

This Stake and Shake is an order yourself restaurant. I understand help is hard to find. On my visit there were only 2 other people dining in. I don't think it would be that much difference to have a wait staff to wait on customers.
