We stopped by for a late lunch. I’m not a fan for the way you have to order but I understand it. While we were eating an older gentleman n 2 ladies came into eat. They did not understand how to order, the first worker tried to explain but did not do that well of a job. As they were still trying to figure out how to order a worker from the back came out to take an order outside. When he came in he told them to have a seat and he would take care of them. They told him they were ready to order, he took their order and told them he would bring it out to them. The gentleman went to fix their drinks but without having an order number to scan the machine wouldn’t work. The worker that took their order brought their drinks out to them with their meal. Now this worker did not have to help these people at all but he did out of the goodness of his heart. They paid their bill and left the worker a very nice tip. I hope he sees how much he blessed those people today.

Stopped by this location for lunch. Wasn't busy, which is a plus for me. Food came out in a reasonable time and was hot and fresh right off the grill/fryer. Actually had to give it a minute to cool off before devouring. I went with the double steak burger and the largest order of beef tallow fries they had. More than satisfied

10/10 service Got my food nice and hot Nothing to be upset or bring up. In and out in the drive thru and the service was honestly some of the best service I’ve ever had. And fast as well.
And the burger was on point. And when I ordered a large I didn’t know the serving was as big as they are. Honestly solid burger spot

I got my food and drove home after a 15 hour shift in Murfreesboro my wife ordered 50+ dollars of food and shakes when I got home and got out my car the cup carrier busted when I approached a employee she said ima replace the drinks Rita Rita approached me and stated THAT'S UR PROBLEM NOT OURS when she gave me a carrier that was not secure im a general manager in a restaurant and I would never ever tell a customer that about their food she eventually remade the shakes and drink by that time I was already mad as he double hockey sticks i will NEVER EVER ORDER THERE AGAIN im a vet just trying to celebrate with my family is this how yall run franchises
My wife is handicapped and went to the big stall to use the bathroom and she FELL OFF THE FING TOILET! THIS IS ABSOLUTE BS. She asked to speak to the manager about the problem and no one took it very seriously and no manager came out. This is the worst steak n shake we've ever been to. Will never be back. Everyone be safe at this place.

Lettuce on my burger had started to go. Guess it’s my fault though for ordering lettuce. Had to pick off the black mushy bits. If I wanted to do that, I’d eat from my own fridge, not a restaurant who should be on top of their produce.
After finishing our meal we went to wash our hands. As a female I found both sinks in the women’s were completely broken, towel dispenser either empty or broken. Thankfully my husband escorted me to the men’s where he informed me one sink was broken but one worked. Hopefully the female employees have a sink at the back of the line where they’re washing their hands but that’s still gross.
Place doesn’t seem to have been mopped (or perhaps just not mopped well) in weeks, and the bathroom was the worst of it.
Also super minor and totally their prerogative but they told me it wasn’t possible to make a specialty shake with chocolate ice cream, I’m not sure if Tennessee is just different but in Kentucky and Indiana they have no problem accommodating this.

I knew something was off when I was the only person in the drive-through and they handed me my burger and fries out of the window as soon as I pulled up. The burger was obviously cooked our previous and was crispy. The milkshake is the only reason that they got the second star. $15 for what should’ve been six dollars.
