I’m tired and dwindled. This location has broken me down to my bare necessities. Every single time I go in I brace myself for the workers, the environment, and worse of all the bathroom which is never clean, doesn’t close completely and always has some sort of disgusting thing on the floor. Not to mention the employees who are never active when they should be or otherwise smoking ON THE JOB!!!!!! This location respectfully needs to pack it up, I’m done.

Unfortunately I have not had good experiences here. There are issues with staff and service. The ingredients are not fresh and there are menu items missing. The service is subpar. The bathroom door does not close. AS WELL, I asked for a BLT, and the server put salami and ham on my sandwich instead of bacon. What are we doing, bro. Like is this your business or are we just playing. Is this a job that feeds your family or are we just goofin

Placed an online order for me and my friend. The app said the food was ready, so I went to pick it up. I got there and the idiot said they ran out of bread and most ingredients. Then he refused to give me a refund, while still receiving his payment. I can’t believe it was this incompetent. Please NO ONE go here. The employees are useless and snarky. I work in service, so I am pretty understanding and respectful. He almost took me to that point with his gaslighting and incompetence. DONT GO HERE. There are millions of other subways in this city. The people there don’t deserve a penny! What sub shop runs out of BREAD???? On top of that, pockets MY money.

Sandwich was full of mayonnaise, I paid for extra toppings and instead they skimped out. I had three pickles on my sandwich when I asked for extra (this was also a pick up order) I don’t understand how they can a make this sandwich and think it’s okay. I wish I had taken a picture of it but I didn’t. Subway do better, I wish I could dispute my order and get my money back bc this was honestly a tragic situation. Waste of money and time. Do not give this subway your business. Go to another one.

Got ripped off. Sandwich had hardly any meat on it, when it was "The Turkey Cali club" which it's supposed to have double turkey on it. Then they put very little vegetables on it and was made sloppy. One of the worst subways I've ever been to.

1. First a positive with a negative slap towards to the management (owner)!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the older lady that is always is in there working her tail off. I can’t remember her name but to the management you need to take notice and value what she does for you! It’s ridiculous that you only pay your employees what you do!!! You should be ashamed of yourself. No one can live on those wages and much less make a living. Shame on you management!!!2. Restaurant temp is so so hot!!! Value the few customers you actually get and the one employee that actually runs circles around everyone else that works there.3. To the female owner/manager - Learn how to cook cookies!!! Overcooked and no one would even want to purchase these chocolate chip cookies that are hard as a rock!This ain’t no April Fools joke either.

I ordered in the app at around 7:15 pm. I arrived 10 minutes later and the store was locked and closed. It is supposed to close at 9 pm. Now, I have to wait for a refund to be processed in my bank account.

Worker said they were closed at 7:30 despite signage and online saying the store closes at 8:00pm. He clearly just didn’t want to work. Unfortunate for the franchise operator. No telling how much business has been lost if this is a regular thing.

Very dirty location, definitely needs to work on their hygiene. No masks and same gloves to handle money & food with… very interested in seeing their kitchen and how things are handled/stored.

I go here all the time. The workers are very nice and make the best sandwiches out of every subway 100%
