My sister and I went there Friday for lunch. The lady behind the counter was friendly. But, I had to keep repeating myself like 5 times of what I wanted to eat. After we got our food my sister said she wanted light mustard. And the lady covered her whole sandwich in mustard. Anyways she ate it and we left. The real problems start today on Sunday on a day later I might add. I go to eat my leftover sandwich which has been in my fridge. I open it up and a bug comes crawling out of my sandwich. Which I am like immediately like heck no. So I open up the sandwich to see if there is anymore. There was none. But, I did notice that the half of the sandwich I did not eat had mold growing on the ham and their was a hair in my sandwich. Which was not mine or my sisters hair color. So it is safe to say. We will not be back. After one day in a fridge your sandwich should not have mold growing on it. Honestly I am not sure how this place is still open. I am legit about to be sick.

Ordered online, cuz I was in a rush, 2 12in subs. Got there, and they hadn't started making it, even though there was no one else there. The guy started making a pizza and a 6in sub. I had to point out what the ticket said. Terrible service, terrible attitude.

Very bad service. They need to fix their attitude and be kind or smile at least. If they are having bad day dormant mean you need to ruin it for everyone else. This kind of service will never attract customers. It’s very visible that no one was there and they just playing phone cuz of boredom. Worst service I’ve received probably in my life. Never go there. Food court has much better options and service!!

The worst service ever
I'm really hoping one of the managers or higher ups sees this review and does something to fix this issue. I had an incident with one of the employees flirting with me and asking me personal questions, such as if I had a boyfriend. It was all said in a flirtatious kind of way, which made me really uncomfortable and made it clear it was more than just simple small talk. I used to go to this subway all the time because I work in the mall, but now I don't want to go back because of this, especially because that particular employee is there almost every time I've gone. This is a big issue because this restaurant was one of the only places that I could get for my lunch every day. Please fix this issue.

Messed up the order and gave me the wrong bread. Meatball sub was asked to be on Italian cheese bread gave me white which he kept saying is Italian bread. Refused to fix it despite me telling him it was on the wrong bread. Was in a hurry otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it. Was a total disappointment as it was a soggy mess that im not certainanother type of bread could have fixed. I'll stick with Firehouse in the future.
