Only 3 flavors to choose from, there are toppings absolutely everywhere, there's trash on the tables, all the tables and most of the chairs are dirty and the employee is just standing behind the counter watching soccer. This place is dirty and gross.
I rarely write reviews but the owners of this particular location may want to be aware of how filthy this place is. It was our first and last visit. Two out of three chairs at our table were broken and if not careful, you would fall off. The self-serve toppings were smashed all over the floor, there were dozens of dead bugs in the window sill near our table. I had a gift card for this place so I took my kid when we were in the area. I was told my gift card was on "a different system" than what they use now and it wouldn't be honored. I can see why we were the only people there. Crummy customer service. My kid liked it so it's too bad we won't be coming back. There's better ice cream around town. I mean, selling gift cards and refusing to honor them? Shady. Beware.
