I had a gift card for this place so I took my kid when we were in the area. I was told my gift card was on "a different system" than what they use now and it wouldn't be honored. I can see why we were the only people there. Crummy customer service. My kid liked it so it's too bad we won't be coming back. There's better ice cream around town. I mean, selling gift cards and refusing to honor them? Shady. Beware.

this place is absolutely disgusting... everything from the windows. doors...the ice cream machines and toppings area look like the apocalypse hit... me and my daughter went to the only clean machine and got yogurt... I can't believe I went ahead and got yogurt here... only because I didn't want to embarrass my daughter... $11.28 wasted. this location needs major help... we will not be back.

I rarely write reviews but the owners of this particular location may want to be aware of how filthy this place is. It was our first and last visit. Two out of three chairs at our table were broken and if not careful, you would fall off. The self-serve toppings were smashed all over the floor, there were dozens of dead bugs in the window sill near our table. In the bathroom the door was dirty, clearly not cleaned in awhile, and trash overflowing. Also, there were only two flavors of yogurt offered and one sorbet. My recommendation...dine elsewhere.

Well I wish I caught where we were going for ice cream earlier... I was reading through the reviews for fun, as for some reason it seems to be a common theme of bad experiences. Well when I walked through the doors everything I read made sense. Sticky floors littered with trash, and as i made my way to the bathroom, I was surprised to find that I'd honestly seen cleaner crappers out in the woods. Well at least the ones out there have less bugs. Obviously poorly kept, and bad service, the guy at the counter never talked, and overall disappointed from all the family, I'll add pictures as well.

This place is truly an honestly amazing. I went in for a simple frozen yogurt and instead i had the best experience of my life. I can't wait to return here with my grandkids Dan and Bermudita, or i i like to call him Bermie.
