When we alerted the waiter of this to make sure we weren’t ordering something with them in it, he confirmed a couple items we planned to order would need to be mine since they had lime. Then 2 separate managers came to our table to double check the allergy and need. Primarily to confirm tacos ordered where some ingredients also had lime. “These were some good tacos I’ve had in a while. My absolute favorite was the BBQ taco, it was packed with so much flavor and so juicy! The steak taco (tender) was good as well as the pollo (it was ok) but the BBQ taco was the highlight of the meal. I also ordered a asada quesadilla and it was delicious with the green sauce.I wish I was given more limes. The tortillas was dry but when you top it with the sauce everything came together.Very clean food truck! Was impressed on the cleanliness for it to be located outside a gas station. 9.2/10“

“If you’re visiting Nashville and tired of the fattening fried food and mac & cheese. Sinking an alternative healthy delicious incredible unique food experience come to this place. I got their cop salad bowl and oh my God between the pickled cabbage, blue cheese, avocado, kale, delicious, tender pork that served with it it’s a delight. It left me, full and healthy . Highly recommend for a healthy quick meal that doesn’t break the bank!!

I appreciate how they have vegetarian options that are creative and delicious - if I have to eat one more mushroom or grilled veggie taco I will scream.
The Nashville Hot, Fried Cauliflower, and Paneer tacos are all delicious - my favorite was the cauliflower.
The nachos (sans brisket) are also tasty and I highly recommend adding guac - their guac is very good.
For 5 tacos, nachos, and elotes we spent less than $50 for a full dinner for 2. The food came out fast and you can take it to your desired seating within the food hall and enjoy.“

This is not what we think of when we go to Las Palmas or any other conventional Nashville Mexican restaurant. This place does NOT cater to gringos. It is 100% true Mexican and this is where the local Mexicans go to eat. Even the help doesn't speak English, so take your translator app. Seriously, for anyone that would like to know what it's REALLY like to eat in Mexico, this is the place. And the food is fantastic. There will be Mexican music playing on one end of the place and a Novela on the TV at the other end. The other customers will be Mexicans complete with their work clothes and straw western hats. I love it here and I promise that I'm going to be a regular customer.“
