“We were in town for an annual meeting ad our group wanted to get away from Broadway and bar food. This turned out to be an absolute GEM! For a Wednesday night, the restaurant was busy. It seemed to be a local favorite and it did not disappoint. The menu was eclectic without being to eccentric. A little twist of pan Asian flare. We were a party of 7 and ordered 2 of almost everything. It was the perfect amount of food without leaving us miserably stuffed. The staff were very attentive and friendly and were very helpful with menu selections. I would definitely return her again and highly recommend!“

“we went to this restraunt during my husband's work party last night and it was amazing! the drinks were made so fast! they were made very well, you can tell that the bar tender really takes the drinks seriously in the best way! :) their very social and kind, they were super calm even through everyone getting their and getting drinks prepped and sent out, then the food was a solid 9/10! for me personally I'm a picky person but i loved just about everything, the servers and host were also very kind I wish I had gotten all their names to reccomend! the bar tenders name was Christian and he was truly wonderful at his job, my favorite was the creme Brule dessert, it was sweet and smooth and crunchy and perfect, I truly reccomend this place for a calm or social event where your able to truly relax in a wonderful little place ❤️ also the alcohol selection was really nicely selected i had tried the spicy sangria, pomegranate margarita, polar pear & blackberry something, they were also so good about telling the ingredients and what they like about the drinks makes it an easier selection, or they have bourbon for those who love a strong smooth drink“

“I finally got to try Onda and I was not disappointed. We started with the chicken wings, seafood pancake, the kimchi rice balls, and the veggie dumplings. They were all so good with lots of flavor and easy to share. Everyone got their own entrée - I had the udon noodles and I would definitely order it again. The Milkis cocktail was very good if you like tequila. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough! I can't wait to go back and try more.“

“As an Artist Manager, Promoter and Event Host ourselves, the interaction we had with this establishment . . . was by far, THE BEST we have had in a LONG time! From initial contact by DJ Jane Dupree to handling of contracts and payments with venue owners, to bar and security staff. The patrons are lively and committed, as this truly is a one of a kind. This gem is a labor of love that is BY Artists, FOR Artists. Their time spent building, creating, and execution are all on point! Their level of professionalism is superior. The amount of flexibility, communication, hospitality and attention to detail were astounding. Their willingness to adapt to any issue thrown their way make them a dream to work with. As an attendee, whom has never been to Nashville, let alone their venue . . . they recommended food, entertainment, and even a barber. We were able to enjoy music we had never heard, had prompt service at their diversely stocked bar, and met new people that we will be speaking with in the future. The interactive nature of the venue, ensures there is plenty to explore while visiting. They craft themed events so each experience is different from the last. All of these reasons & many more (like rotating local food vendors), are why we HIGHLY suggest visiting this facility. From BOTH the perspectives of doing business and being an attendee, this is where you want to be. If you ever want to play a great space that is intimate in nature, seek them out. If you want a fun night out and are not ready to go home when the clubs close, this is the one! Hands down, a great vibe. We here at Trinidad Traxx hope they keep alive.“

“I tried the Bulogogi fries and it was very good, very filling and bursting with flavor. I also tried the devil miso ramen with pork, fishcakes, eggs and seaweed and a side of extra vegetables. The ramen was so good as well, but I’m biased to ramen :)“

“Oh my gosh. The best sushi I’ve had in Nashville!! And the Chicken Fried Rice….I mean, it will be my go-to comfort food from now on. The Peruvian sushi with the ceviche was my fave, followed closely by the Blink 182. Go. Go now. Why are you still reading this? GO!“

“We just returned from a 4-day convention held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, and as we shared the highs and lows of the overall trip, breakfast at Cascades was among the definite high. In fact, my husband rated it as the best experience he had on the entire trip.\n\nFirst, you should know this breakfast buffet is not inexpensive. We paid $36 per person, and if we had children, they would have been $20 per child. But, we didn't feel like standing in coffee shop lines that stretched down hallways because the convention was teen-focused, so our choices were limited for breakfast. We just decided to bite the bullet and head to Cascades, and we are so glad we made that decision.\n\nThe buffet features different areas with the most extensive choices. For example, homemade biscuits were staged next to several different types of gravy -- even chocolate gravy. Eggs were available to order, but we went with the fried eggs benedict, which was amazing, and specialty scrambled eggs, also amazing. Of course, various topping were available for the scrambled eggs. The same went for a pancake bar with a chef actually preparing the pancakes right there, wonderful pastries, various types of sausages, and so much more. I especially loved the orange juice machine where I watched oranges dropping down and being squeezed for my glass of OJ. \n\nBetween the amazing -- I mean amazing -- food and quality service, we actually considered returning the next day but had other obligations in the morning. The $36 was so worth it!\n\nBite the bullet. Spend the money, Enjoy the most memorable breakfast.“
