So the food was great but never in my life have I seen an entire staff less excited to be working in an establishment then I did today. Not one single employee in that restaurant smiled our whole visit. The hosts were very rude. Our server was fine, no complaints there. It was probably just a very busy Sunday or they all just hate it there. Who knows. Will go back though.
Our server Jackson was amazing, the food was delicious and came out fast and the atmosphere was great and Jackson was very warm, personable and welcoming. One of the best dining out experiences we have had. Two thumbs up to Jackson and this The Cheesecake Factory staff.
Took my son there for the 1st time. HE LOVED IT!!!! He couldn't make up his mind on which piece of cheesecake he wanted, so many to choose from. He got the fettuccine alfredo. Definitely be back
