Chris was so helpful with planning my event and every employee I talked to was exceptionally helpful, communicative, and thoughtful. The staff the night of the wedding really went above and beyond, making up to-go dinners for us and bringing us water on the dance floor and as we socialized with guests.
The food was delicious! We wanted Mediterranean food that would feel fresh and filling and the menu the Clean Plate team recommended was perfect. I would eat it every week if I could! They even made strawberry rhubarb lemonade, my husband's favorite!

Very, very disappointed. The food at my daughter's wedding was nothing like the tasting. We were very impressed with the tasting. We were so excited to share this culinary delight with our friends and family. Unfortunately that did not happen. The potatoes were cold, and twice I bit into cold slabs of butter. They didn't seem to use the same amount of Boursin cheese in them like the tasting. I didn't taste the hint of mint in the salad that made it unique and refreshing. The green beans were not as good as the tasting. The chicken lacked the toppings and sauce that made the chicken exceptional at the tasting. I don't know how the appetizers were because I didn't have any (I was busy). I rarely write a review, whether good or bad. I understand that we all have bad days, and I usually let things go. Unfortunately I can't let this go. If one of the dishes was a bit off, I would have said nothing. Unfortunately everything that I tasted lacked the flavor I expected. My husband agreed as he had leftovers from the tasting. Everyone I talked to at the wedding was not impressed with the food. This was a special event and we won't be able to get it back. I have attended many weddings with excellent catering. We wanted to do something different and special. Unfortunately it wasn't. I am very disappointed and would not want someone else to have the same experience we had. That's why I wrote this. On a side note, the staff did an excellent job. That's why they got an extra star.

They worked with us to ensure that our exact vision for the day was expertly executed -- right down to the bartenders make sure we had the perfect margarita! We received many compliments about how great the food and service was. The extra attention to detail, including a dedicated event manager, made sure everything was set up and ready to go at the church. We had one guest who had a very limiting dietary restriction and The Clean Plate Club chefs made her a personalized meal so that she could enjoy the event as well -- she is so used to feeling left out with just a salad at these types of events but was glowed with how great her plate was and being able to enjoy the meal with us.
