The atmosphere, the upscale chill vibe. The best service we received while vacationing there that we kept returning. Steve, Derek, and Lauren were the best host and servers, they treated us like family and spoiled us like we were VIP! Beautiful place. Romantic. Good Music. The service was top notch!
My credit card disappeared at The Countrypolitan at The Indigo Hotel — and they acted like it was my fault.
The food was great, the drinks were great — but the moment I handed my card to pay, everything went downhill. Our server lost my credit card, and instead of apologizing or helping, a man named Cesar (who isn’t even a manager) treated me like I was the problem. He repeatedly said, “We haven’t had any cards turned in,” as if that somehow made it my responsibility....read full review
We stayed here December 26th through the 29th 2024. First room we received was leaking through the floors after showering. 2nd room was an upgrade for the troubles, was a bigger room that was like empty and weird. No extra furnishing to make it feel comfy. And now for the valet they offer. First off we paid extra for oversized parking of our 2023 Chevy 2500 pick up. So when we checked in someone at the door gave us a ticket and took our keys, well guess what our truck was damaged...read full review
