Been their two straight years I've went to Nashville with friends. Great food and atmosphere.
While the food was really good, customer service needs an overhaul. Stopped in at 11am with only one customer ahead of us, and it took almost 15-20 mins. For someone to take our order. There were 6 people “working” at a snail’s pace. There was no sense of urgency when the line to order reached the door. It was almost like no one working knew what to do.
The food is good and the staff is great! Highly recommend!
