We have loved The Local since they opened, but today was something special. I don’t get to eat out much because I have a baby with food intolerances and my diet is limited, but we ventured out this evening. Andrew and Teylar went above and beyond, and completely took care of us. On top of that, the food was INCREDIBLE! 10/10 experience. We’ll be back soon.
There is outdoor seating available, bonus, dogs are allowed on the patio. We brought our dog and the waitress gave him his own cup of water. Great food and staff are very friendly. I think my only negative would be the noise. While we were happy to hear music, it was so loud, and we were sitting outside. I can't imagine being able to have a conversation of any sort inside.
Went to UK vs Vandy bball game this weekend. Before the game The Local was packed with UK fans. Service was still great. Went back last night and listened to some great music. Great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere! Highly recommend The Local!
