The restaurant has a good relationship with its customers, as shown by the General Manager's efforts to return lost items to a customer. The Valentine had become the reviewer's favorite bar on Broadway, with excellent bands playing nightly and kind and efficient bartenders. There was no line to get in, even during St. Patty’s day weekend.
