My office is nearby and its a quick and easy location for coffee meetings. I always forget they have lunch so I can’t comment there but the parfait is always fresh and the coffee is solid. Wish they carried High Garden Teas sold here in Nashville. Staff is always friendly too!Vegetarian options: Parfaits and pastries. Not sure about the main menu for food but their website is easy to check.

My favorite coffee place! I had a plain latte and it was the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. The team is spectacular with wonderful, upbeat service. Check it out!

I'm a bit of a coffee snob, they serve a good cup of coffee. Loved my cortado. The food was clean and not over priced. The service was kind, prompt and attentive.

The owner re-opened shop just for us because of the snow day in Nashville; how nice of him! Great coffee and VERY good prices.

Super convenient since I work in the same building. Service has changed in a positive way this year. The grilled cheese and tomato soup are a great combo. Very nice staff.

I had a blueberry muffin and a dark chocolate Mocha with oat milk. The muffin was moist and delicious! The Mocha was also very good. Tin Cup has lots of seating with tables and is a great place to meet a friend for a chat or a nice quiet spot to sit and do some work, if that is what you need.

Great place to stop by, nothing too crazy. A safe and comfortable pick. Frittata was decent, nothing too special. Friendly staff.

I had the breakfast burrito with bacon. It was underwhelming. I got more potato than bacon but flavor was ok. Im from CA so I guess my expectations were higher. The vanilla latte was excellent. Great coffee beans. No bitterness. It was a nice atmosphere with great music in the background. You didn't have to compete with it to have conversations. Staff were very kind.

Sign on door says open sundays. Maps also said open sundays. They're not open sundays. Super frustrating to drive all the way over for nothin'.

This place is across from my work. The people are friendly and the prices on food are the best I have found in the Gulch. There are limited food offerings and what they have is good.

I stopped in for a coffee at Tin Cup and it was a nice visit. The space is open with good seating options and nice looking food, though I didn't sample any of the food items. My iced oat milk latte was good, and the milk wasn't sweet which is my preference. The staff was nice and service fast, so I was quickly on my way. The drink was nice but nothing exceptional but not bad either. Overall a good spot to fulfill your coffee needs.

Lovely shop with chill music tucked away under the hustle and bustle of the constuction zone. Best Americano I've had in Tennessee! Reminds me of a little shop in the mountains of NM back home. The entire menu is amazingly priced. Very affordable, nothing more than $10 an item WOW!!! The girls were very friendly and welcoming and the cleanliness is spectacular.
