I would recommend this food service to all that I meet. I was pleasantly surprised. I receive big meaty fish pieces and generous portions of my side dishes. It was enough for me to make 2 meals out of my order. The beautiful lady was so nice, and we even wished each other a Happy Mother's Day. I came from Opry Mills Mall to Edd Temple Blvd and I'm happy I made the trip. I will be back.
I love the fried catfish I visit 1x per week.

TJ's Bar-B-Que & Fish is a favorite go-to place for soul food with a relaxed, family-style atmosphere. The food and service are outstanding. Guests recommend the fried catfish, smoked ribs, chicken, fish sandwiches, fries, and peach cobbler. The two piece catfish plate with mac and cheese and turnip greens is enjoyed, with the mac and cheese having the right gooeyness. The fish sandwich is called the best. Portions are generous and meaty, often enough for two meals. Everything is delicious, fresh, and good. The staff is extremely friendly, patient, and nice. It is considered the best fish spot in town.
