Sunset views 10/10! Cute, chill vibes on the patio. The staff was so nice upon entry and otherwise. My server, Anthony, was very attentive and kind offering to take photos for everyone. The manager checked in halfway through my meal which was a nice touch! I had the fried pickles, Cobb salad, and a yummy drink suggested by Anthony! Will definitely be back. Especially for the views!

Went in for drinks and to watch the sunset. Ended up sitting there for 25 minutes before our server greeted us. Got only our waters And ordered drinks. After 25 more minutes of not having our beverages we decided to call it and cancel our drinks. It should not take that long. But it had a good vibe if they would have actually got us out drinks. Beautiful view Bad service

We hosted a birthday party of 12 here recently and was disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism. The service was disorganized, with appetizers arriving before drinks and a very long delay between courses. When the entrees finally arrived, several plates were cold. Furthermore, we received almost no service, forced to request our own checks. When we addressed these concerns with the manager, he made excuses about being busy on the patio rather than addressing the poor experience inside and basically just walked away. Mediocre food and poor management made this a disappointing celebration.

I love TopNote!! The staff is so engaging and always provides great service. I have a food allergy and the kitchen was so accommodating. The bartender Avi always has great conversation. I’ve also had Annabelle and Ehren as servers & they have been so pleasant!! One of the managers Ciara is so welcoming & I’ve returned back even as a Nashville local.

The atmosphere is nice but the service does not compliment it AT ALL. I can’t even comment on the food because I sat for over an hour before receiving service. My advice would be to try somewhere else.

We had a great experience at Top Note Restaurant and Bar. The food and drinks were excellent, the rooftop igloo setup had beautiful views, and everything felt relaxed and enjoyable.
Courtney was our waitress and she was outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her service truly made the night better.
The only downside was that the tables were a bit too low in the igloo and small for a group of 6 to 7 people, so we ended up having to hold plates in our laps at times. Other than that, it was a really good experience and we would definitely return.

The scenery was very beautiful. The presentation of the food was very nice however that’s really the only good thing I have to say about the place. Oh and the drinks were good too. We came from out of town to enjoy a weekend in Nashville for our birthdays. This restaurant was already reserved to experience the igloos that they have outside. They called us maybe an hour and a half before our reservations were to start to let us know they were having issues with their power and that we might not be able to enjoy the igloo and asked if we wanted to reschedule. Again we’re here only for the weekend so rescheduling was not an option. Also, we ordered their bone in ribeye steaks. We requested that one be made medium, and the other one be made medium well. It seems that both stakes were brought out to us Medium rare, we had one steak sent back and said that it was too pink and requested that it be cooked longer, and when they brought it back, it looked like it was pinker than it was when it left. Also, the restaurant did not have a lot of people in it when we arrived so the waiting period that we had in between drinks and food I felt like was a little longer than It should have been. We didn’t even get our first round of drinks until I said something about it and the drinks were already ready. They were just sitting there waiting to be brought to us so again the atmosphere and the scenery was very nice including the drinks, however, the food and the service not so much. Also, they promised us a free dessert because we weren’t able to get the igloo experience for our birthdays per request and we never got that either.
